To strengthen our Porsche team, we are looking for Product Manager.
As Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the market performance of the Porsche product portfolio. Acting as the interface between Porsche AG and the local dealer network, you will drive product positioning, pricing strategy and market analysis to ensure sustainable growth and strong brand performance in the premium segment.
This role requires a proactive, analytical and business-oriented professional who combines strong data-driven thinking with a genuine passion for automotive products and the curiosity to explore Porsche vehicle configurations, technologies and product details in depth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Performance Analysis: Monitor market developments, analyse segment share and competitive positioning, and identify opportunities to strengthen Porsche’s market performance.
- Pricing & Sales Planning: Perform pricing calculations, support quota planning and analyse model performance and segment share to support the optimal positioning of Porsche models in the market.
- Product Portfolio Management: Coordinate model introductions and manage product-related administrative processes, including maintaining accurate vehicle data, pricing and specifications in internal systems, handling customs-related inquiries, coordinating vehicle logistics and supporting quota adjustments.
- Factory & Dealer Interface: Act as the key contact between Porsche AG and the local sales team regarding product topics, market feedback and product updates.
- Product Communication & Training: Prepare product information, support dealer product training and ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of Porsche products, technologies and configuration possibilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and aftersales teams to ensure consistent product strategy and alignment with Porsche standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) with a business or technical background
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive retail or wholesale, preferably in product managements, sales planning or market analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market analysis, pricing and performance monitoring
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and flexibility to travel as required
